Contributor rules

• Submit only reactions you are allowed to share.
• Do not submit employer-confidential, client-confidential, collaborator-confidential, unpublished, patent-sensitive, trade-secret, personal, patient, or third-party protected information unless you have the right to share it.
• Do not submit personal data of other people unless necessary, lawful, and authorised.
• Do not upload dangerous procedural instructions beyond normal chemistry context.
• Do not upload notebook images or notes containing confidential employer/client information, trade secrets, patent-sensitive information, personal data, patient data, or third-party protected content unless you have the right to share and process it.
• Do not submit fake, joke, spam, abusive, illegal, unsafe, or misleading records.
• Public records may become visible to other users.
• Private records are intended to be private, but avoid uploading highly sensitive or confidential information.
• AI/OpenAI, PubChem, and RDKit suggestions should be independently verified before use.

Experimental MVP

NullYield is experimental MVP software. It is not professional chemical, safety, legal, IP, or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for lab safety, chemical verification, legal rights, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Public records and database use

Public submitted reaction records may be commercially used, licensed, sold, or provided as database access as part of NullYield. Private personal account data is not sold. Private reactions and private raw notes are not sold or commercially published unless the user makes them public or separately agrees to that use.

Moderation

Admins may moderate, hide, or delete records that are spam, abusive, illegal, unsafe, privacy-problematic, IP-problematic, or otherwise unsuitable for NullYield.

Age note

NullYield is intended for adults and professional or educational chemistry users. It is not directed to children under 13.

Requests

Users may use available account tools for account deletion where offered, and may contact the operator for access, correction, deletion, or export requests using the contact information provided on the Legal Notice / Imprint page.

Future service changes

NullYield may add export-my-data flows, retention scheduling, audit logs, cookie consent if non-essential cookies are added, analytics opt-in, US privacy choice pages if needed, and improved contact workflows as the project develops.
